Report category

Configure the report category. It will be applied to both user reports and channel manager reports in channel moderation. You can choose to use system categories or customize your own (up to 10 categories). System categories cannot be deleted or edited.

You can do so under Application > Settings > Moderation > Advanced moderation > Report category on the Sendbird Dashboard.
